Sorry to say so… but Dhoom 2 doesn’t exactly rock. To be true to the movie, I would say it was stylish (actually u can see the stars tryin to look stylish, givin poses after an action scene).
So much expectations on the movie. First things first, when the music was released, I felt it borrrrrrrriiiiinggg… but then thought that the visuals might pep up the music. The visuals were eye-opening (pun intended), but didn’t do much to improve my opinion on the music. The music director, Pritam, did do better music before.
The first half is better with better & more action scenes, esp. the crown & diamond thefts. The second half drags at places, especially during the Hrithik-Ash romantic scenes. Read the rest of this entry »
